HP ProLiant DL360 G3, one of the powerful and pricey server releases from Hewlett-Packard. This server is strong, powerful and comes with strong management tools. You can install double power supply in the system but for this you have to scarify a PCI slot in-order to install extra power supply. The major back draw that I have seen in this server is that like other servers this server doesn’t have redundant cooling fans, if one fan stops cooling then system automatically shut down like Aberdeen server does.

The integrated software from HP enables you to control and diagnose your HP server from remote location; you will get complete features as you are sitting on your server. The front blue lights on whenever you access the server from remote location or if there is any problem in the server.

Built in utility “Smart Start” enables you to initiate your server and install operating system of your own choice. This utility is very much similar to “Setup Tool” utility from IBM. HP Proliant Servers DL360 G3 is a very solid and powerful server from HP but it is a bit expensive. But the good news is this Used HP systems are also available in the market, but remember that you will not get the complete utilities when you buy a used Hp server as you get with a brand new server. However, before making any purchase, check the server carefully, run the operating system and try to get the utilities from the retailer.
