She has been traveling a lot, so I have not seen her for quite some time. She apparently is going to be visiting over the holidays, and I cannot wait to see her. She found a personal fitness trainers Australia list online and contacted someone from there to help her get in shape. I had seen something similar at my gym, and it had personal trainer directory written on the front, but I have never actually opened it up.

If she can lose fifty pounds in one year, I wonder how much I can lose in six month.
