T o renovate foreclosed homes  sounded like a not good idea to me but for my parents it was a good idea. The area was really nice but I did not like the idea that we were not the original owners. Being the only child, my opinion was very important to my parents. But I did not want to give them a hard time so I agreed with them on this one. The house looked great but the idea that someone lived there was not really amenable with me. Since my parents assured me that everything was going to be alright, I just trusted them with all my heart.

My parents called a property maintenance company who does renovation as well. They did not allow me to see the renovation to surprise me. When the renovation was completed finally, they asked me to come with them and check out the property. I was very happy when I saw it, it did not feel that it was an old house, it felt like I was really in a new house. It was indeed a very good decision on my parents’ part.

To have someone to cut down and trim trees for you is a big help, especially when you have a backyard full of them.  I love trees because of the many benefits that it has.  Aside from giving us a cool shade from the heat of the sun, it also serves as a playground for my kids and a source of fruits for us. 

The only concern that we have is when the leaves and branches dry out and fall into our yard.  That is why we have contracted a company that does tree service Clearwater Fl area to do the cleaning and the trimming for us.  They are really a big help in maintaining our backyard.  If not for them, it will look like a jungle already.
