My fiancée and I plan to redesign the space that we bought a year ago near the beach before we get married.  Instead of going for a honeymoon vacation, out budget for that trip would go to the remodeling of the place.  And then, we can have our honeymoon there instead.  The space would be ready for us to occupy.  I chose to do the design of the patio as I love to spend reading on that spot and some sun bathing as I see a view of the clear blue sea.  I intended to buy commercial patio furniture.  It’s very light and it complements the beach house ambiance.

My kids just recently finished high school. They are twins and one of them is a girl and the other oneis a boy. They were about to transfer to another place to study in the university. He wants all thing removed so we could use up some for other purposes which I think was a practical choice but the children’s things were of emotional and sentimental value to me.

Because they were already going to college that time, my husband was suggesting that we throw most of things away since they occupy a lot of space but I was thinking of giving it away during the Christmas fair.
